Applied Sentience works with several US partners in an effort to further develop a thriving community and a long list of opportunities for our staff writers and other young Humanists.  Below are several of our main national partners.

The Humanist Service Corps

HSC is a yearlong international volunteering program of Foundation Beyond Belief. Its primary aim is to give culturally responsible support to grassroots movements for change. HSC believes that the face of aid should be a local one, so volunteers do not provide direct services or perform jobs that locals can do or be trained to do. Free work only exacerbates skills gaps and unemployment. Currently, HSC volunteers are supporting Songtaba, a Ghanaian women’s rights organization working to end the gender-based violence of witch-hunting.
