International Affiliations

Applied Sentience, although a US organization, maintains connections with several international Humanist and secular groups.  This allows us to further our reach and share what Humanism means to us with the broader international community.  As American Founding Father Thomas Payne said beautifully, “My country is the world, my religion is to do good.”

The Global Secular Humanist Movement

Global Secular Humanist MovementThe GSHM is a social movement that aims to promote public understanding and acknowledgment of the secular humanistic worldview, including economical freedom ,equal individual rights and acceptance for people who hold it. It was founded in September 2010 by Faisal Saeed Al-Mutar.  Check out their Facebook and Faisal’s website.

The International Humanist & Ethical
Youth Organization

button-iheyo-logoIHEYO is the youth wing of the International Humanist & Ethical Union.  IHEYO is similarly a non-profit umbrella with dozens of member organizations and serves as the connecting link between Humanist organisations with young members ages 18-35 around the world.  Check out their Facebook, website, and upcoming events.
